When you understand how your body works you can figure out how to best use it. Some people might call this a "body hack" it but i can't think of a term I hate more! I call it knowledge.
Know what you need. Strengthen the weak spots and learn how much that can support you. Use that support to feel how controlled your movements can be. That freedom will allow you to make huge gains in your aerial performance.
Form and performance is most important when you are doing your pre-hab and when practicing your fundamentals. That is why for each exercise in this program you will receive feedback on your performance to make sure you are getting the most out of your training time.
